Royal Icing LadyBugs

These cute and adorable royal icing edible ladybugs are easy to make.  Make a ton and once they air dry, store them in an airtight container ready for use.  Use them to adorn cupcakes, cakes, cake pops and any edible sugar art your heart desires.  Watch my video and see just how easy they are.  You will be hooked.

Royal Icing Recipe

3 Tbsp Meringue Powder

4 Tbsp water

1 Tbsp corn syrup

1 tsp extract ( any flavor you desire)

1 lb confectioners sugar

Directions: Mix in mixer for 5-7 minutes. It should look like the black one in video, if it is too stiff add a drop of water at a time until proper consistency. ( I will be making a video on making and coloring icing real soon 😉 )
